The Muslim community of Boca Raton expresses its solidarity with the community of Christchurch

The Muslim community of Boca Raton expresses its solidarity with the community of Christchurch after the deadly terror attacks on its two Mosques. We pray to Allah to accept all lost lives in the highest level of Paradise, heal the injured, and give perseverance to all affected families.

This trend of awful terror which knows no borders or limits has been on the rise and it has not spared any religion. An attack on any religion is an attack on all religions. We urge all communities to stand strong together in the face of hatred.

We have received countless messages of support from local Churches, Synagogues, and other congregations, as well as numerous organizations and concerned individuals–all offering prayers in solidarity after the senseless attack on our brothers and sisters in New Zealand. We thank them all for their support at this difficult time.

Best Regards,

Bassem Alhalabi, President

Islamic Center of Boca Raton
