ICBR will start the construction of the School building on the east side of the GSA green land in mid-December, 2017. We are looking for people who would like to be part of this chapter of ICBR history. If you are in the construction business, please call and/or email us immediately for bidding opportunities. Also if you like to invest in this project in any capacity, let us know immediately as there are many ways, and we must line up our ducks and bucks.
