ICBR Speech Contest

RULES
1. Prepare any Islamic speech which has to be memorized and presented with no documentation. The speech will be no more than 4 minutes, depending on the number of contestants
2. Five short questions will be asked on the subject matter presented, so do study the history of your topic
3. Groups 10-15 & 16-22 can participate
4. Prizes as per flyer for each group
5. Preliminaries on October 1st at 4:30 pm after Asr salat at ICBR. This session will be recorded and given to the judges for further review
5. Five finalists will be chosen from each group to go perform in the finals. The final date and place of the finals will be determined at a later date
6. Performance will be judged upon clarity and smoothness by the oratory
