The finals for the speech competition will be held on October 22 at ICBR commencing
at 6:30 pm. Each participant who performed at the preliminaries will be awarded a cash equivalent prize in addition to the top prizes awarded to the top three finishers.
Please note that this is a public event, and you may be videotaped.
